Water and sewer

To connect water and sewer services from the City of Hartsville, visit the Finance Department at City Hall, 133 W. Carolina Ave., from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The service fee is $30 for locations inside the city limits and $40 for locations outside the city limits. For sign-up, please bring a Social Security number, phone number for the account-named person, photo ID, and if renting or leasing, a copy of the rental/lease agreement provided by the rental agent.
