Online Bill Payment

The City of Hartsville provides online bill payment for city services.

In-person bill payment

Hartsville City Hall, 133 W. Carolina, Ave., Finance Department. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Drive-Thru

SPC Credit Union, located at 204 S. Fifth St., accepts drive-thru payments of utility bills. Customers must have their bill or account number and pay the full amount due with cash or personal check only, and only through the 20th of the month. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Automatic bank draft

Complete the automatic bank draft form and a voided check and return it to the Finance Department, or by mail to P.O. Drawer 2467, Hartsville, SC 29551.

Mail

Bills may be paid by mailing a check and the payment stub to the City of Hartsville, P.O. Drawer 2467, Hartsville, SC 29551.
