With the Hartsville See Click Fix, residents can report to the city everything from trash which hasn’t been picked up to stormwater clogs, graffiti, downed trees, broken streetlights and signs, unsafe buildings and more. City officials track these issues and provide updates as they are acknowledged and resolved, and the issue locations are tracked on the program’s map.
