Screen on the Green presents- “Cinderella (2015)” Sponsored by North Industrial Machine

The City of Hartsville’s Screen on the Green free movie series will continue its 2016 season on Saturday, July 23 with a showing of the animated family comedy movie, “Cinderella (2015)”, sponsored by North Industrial Machine. Commencement of the First Inaugural Business Builder Certification Class

On Saturday, July 16, the community is invited to attend the 2016 Business Builder Certification Program Commencement Ceremony and Reception. Graduates of the program will present their business plans at the commencement ceremony. The ceremony and reception following will take place at the Butler Community Center located at 1103 South Sixth Street in Hartsville.

City of Hartsville Hosts All-America City Celebration

Hartsville Safe Communities Launches Notified Offender Program

The Hartsville Police Department will sponsor its first Hartsville Safe Communities (HSC) repeat offender notification Session on July 14th at 6:00 pm in Hartsville City Council Chambers. This program will allow selected community members and law enforcement officers to voice their concerns about violent crimes and the negative impact it has on our community to selected repeat offenders. We Heart Play Program

On July 18th, the City of Hartsville’s Parks and Recreation department will launch its “We Heart Play” Program. This program is a community outreach program that will engage the community’s youth in active play. The Hartsville Play Coordinator, Te’Quan Coe, will be at various parks daily from 10 am to noon providing active play programs for participating youth.
