The Housing Authority of Hartsville is a policy-making commission which facilitates public and/or Section 8 housing to benefit low income individuals and families in the Hartsville area. The regular board meeting is the second Tuesday of every other month at 4pm. The meetings are held at the Housing Authority office located at South Park Apartments, 1301 South Fifth Street.
