The City of Hartsville, in collaboration with Coker University, is thrilled to welcome families to downtown for Treats on the Streets, on Thursday, October 23, 2025. This event will bring costumed trick-or-treaters, local businesses, and community groups together for an evening of festive fun downtown.

To ensure the safety of all participants and provide plenty of room for the event, streets within the event footprint will close at 3:00 PM. Please note that this year’s footprint is different from previous years.

Street closures include:

• East College Avenue from 133 to Coker University

• 4th Street from East Carolina Avenue to East Home Avenue

Access and Parking: 

 All public City of Hartsville parking lots will remain open during the event. Visitors are encouraged to enter the Treats on the Streets route via East College Avenue for the best access.

The city invites families, friends, and visitors to come downtown, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and make memories during this year’s Treats on the Streets celebration.
