Early voting for South Carolina’s November 4 municipal elections has begun and continues through October 31, 2025. Voting centers are open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed on weekends.

Voters may cast their ballots at any early voting center within their registered county. A full list of statewide locations is available at scVOTES.gov or by contacting the Darlington County Voter Registration Office at (843) 398-4900.
To vote, residents must present one of the following photo IDs: a South Carolina driver’s license, DMV ID card, voter registration card with photo, U.S. passport, or federal military ID.
Not all municipalities are holding elections this year. Voters should confirm whether their town or city has a race on the ballot by visiting scVOTES.gov or the Darlington County website.
