The City of Hartsville has officially launched SeeClickFix, a tool that makes it easier than ever for residents to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, overgrown lots, water concerns, and more, all from your phone or computer.
With SeeClickFix, residents can submit a request, share the exact location, upload photos, and track progress as City staff review and resolve reported issues. This user-friendly platform helps strengthen communication between residents and City departments while ensuring that Hartsville continues to run smoothly and look its best.
“SeeClickFix provides residents with a straightforward way to communicate directly with the City. By streamlining how concerns are reported and addressed, we're strengthening collaboration and continuing our shared commitment to maintaining a high quality of life in Hartsville,” said City Manager Daniel Moore.
Residents can access SeeClickFix through the button on the City’s website homepage at HartsvilleSC.gov or download the mobile app:
The City of Hartsville thanks all residents for playing an active role in keeping our community beautiful, safe, and thriving. Your participation through SeeClickFix helps us work together to make Hartsville the best it can be.
