Hartsville Police Department is always looking for ways to give back to and support our community. Beginning October 30th through November 21st, we will be collecting canned food and non-perishable items to help provide Thanksgiving meals for local families in need.  

You may drop off donations with any Hartsville Police Officer, School Resource Officer (SRO), or at 135 West Carolina Avenue in downtown Hartsville.

The Hartsville Police Department will also be purchasing a turkey for each family selected to receive a meal.

If you know of a family in need, or would like to help sponsor this effort, please email police.admin@hartsvillesc.gov.

We plan to select at least 10 families to receive a full Thanksgiving meal this year.

Let’s come together to make this Thanksgiving a little brighter for our neighbors in need.
