Hartsville, S.C. — The City of Hartsville invites everyone to celebrate the magic of the season during the annual Heart of the Holidays Festival, a three-day celebration filled with cheer, shopping, music, and family fun in the heart of downtown!
The festivities begin on Thursday, November 20, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., as downtown comes alive for the official lighting of the Centennial Park Christmas Tree. Guests can visit with Santa Claus, enjoy extended shopping hours at local businesses, and soak in the sights and sounds of the season. It’s a beloved Hartsville tradition and the perfect way to kick off the holidays, and snow is in the forecast!
On Friday, November 21, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., the celebration continues with the Family Jingle Jam, a festive downtown block party featuring live music by Analog Saints, food and drink vendors, and fun activities for all ages. The Hartsville Fire Department will be on hand to help roast marshmallows — a sweet way to warm up a cool night. Expect laughter, dancing, and plenty of holiday spirit as families gather under the lights of downtown Hartsville.
The fun continues into the weekend with the Holiday Carnival and Craft Show on Saturday, November 22, 2025. From morning through late afternoon, families can enjoy free children’s carnival rides, artisan craft vendors, and an abundance of holiday treats and treasures. Visitors are encouraged to shop local, grab a bite to eat, and explore all that downtown Hartsville has to offer during this joyful event.
Whether you come for the lights, the music, or the magic of the season, the Heart of the Holidays Festival promises something special for everyone.777
