City of Hartsville New Years Closure & Holiday Trash Collection

The City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of New Years Day.
Regular hours of operation will resume on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 8:30 AM.
Additionally, for residents in Zone 4, trash will be collected Friday, January 2, 2026.
