The Hartsville Police Department is proud to announce that Patrol Lieutenant Kristan Jeffords has graduated from the South Carolina FBI Command College — a premier leadership development program for law enforcement executives across the state.

The South Carolina FBI Command College is an intensive executive-level program focused on strengthening leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management. Participants complete advanced coursework in ethical leadership, community engagement, critical incident management, and collaborative problem-solving, all designed to prepare agencies for today’s evolving public safety challenges.

Lieutenant Jeffords was selected for the program in recognition of her leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to serving the Hartsville community. Her graduation represents not only a significant personal achievement, but also the department’s continued investment in strong, forward-thinking leadership.
