The City of Hartsville Parks and Recreation department exists to promote a wholesome, affordable and valuable recreation program for people of all ages and all abilities. The benefits of recreation are designed to meet the physical, mental, cultural, and social needs of our community and visitors, while enhancing the overall quality of life in Hartsville. 

The City of Hartsville Parks and Recreation also works to provide well-rounded opportunities for athletic, non-athletic, and senior citizen programs.

Do you have an idea for a class or program you would like to see offered? Do you have a special interest or talent you would like to share with others?
