Lost and Found

April 28, 2017 @ 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Free

Lost and Found is a solo, theatrical performance that explores the societal taboos surrounding miscarriage and infertility. Creator, Adanma Onyedike Barton, Associate Professor of Theatre at Berea College in Kentucky, will teach audiences about Women’s Reproductive Health while also giving the audience a chance to respond. Said Barton “so many women suffer in silence and it is my hope that this production gives women the opportunity to speak up and speak out.” After 45-minute production, audiences are invited to stay for a talkback with Barton, local OB/GYN, and clinical counselors. Health care professionals included on the talkback panel are Dr. Linda George (CNM), Alison Graham (MA, LPC-I), and Dr. Cameo Aleece Green (DNP, APRN, FNP-C, NRCME).
