The City of Hartsville is continuing its recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew. Although our community was fortunate enough to not have received overly significant damage, many homes received damage and piles of debris still lie on the roadside. The City of Hartsville appreciates residents being patient with removal efforts as it is a long process. Additionally, the City’s departments are available to residents for any questions.

“The safety and protection of our City’s residents and business owners are a top concern for us in the recovery of Hurricane Matthew. We strive to provide efficient and timely services to the public. Each department – Environmental Services, Police, Fire, and the Business Navigator – are available to the public to answer any questions. We are proud of the high quality of response our employees have given to these efforts.” Natalie Zeigler, City Manager
