In anticipation of heavy rainfall this weekend, the Hartsville Christmas Parade previously scheduled for December 8, 2018 has been rescheduled for Sunday, December 16th at 3 p.m. City officials made this decision out of an abundance of caution for the safety of all participants, safety workers, viewers, and organizers.
