The City of Hartsville is designing its Hazard Mitigation Plan in an effort to make the City less vulnerable to natural disasters.. Having this plan will help to determine flood insurance rates and is essential to applying for recover funds should South Carolina declare a state disaster.
Resident participation is very important to the process of this plan. Please consider giving your input by filling out a survey online or in person in regards to the City of Hartsville Hazard Mitigation Plan
