The City of Hartsville is pleased to announce the launch of our new one-stop location for all of your permitting and business development needs! Effective May 2nd, anyone needing assistance with permitting, code compliance, or any business-related assistance can now visit the City of Hartsville’s Business Navigator located in City Hall at 100 E. Carolina Ave.
This new department will provide an easy-to-use environment where Hartsville’s businesses and developers can find all the essentials they need to succeed conveniently in one location. Stop by City Hall on or after May 2nd to visit with the team and see what the new Business Navigator is all about.
**Please note: building permits will no longer be issued at the Fire Department after this date.
