Crews are scheduled to remove two hazardous trees at the intersection of East Carolina Avenue and Second Street in Hartsville on Tuesday, March 24. The entire intersection will be closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic beginning at about 9 a.m. and lasting all day.
Traffic headed east on Carolina Avenue will be detoured right onto South Fourth Street, left on Railroad Avenue, left again on South First Street and resuming right onto East Carolina Avenue. Westbound traffic on East Carolina Avenue will be detoured right onto North First Street, left onto East Home Avenue, left onto Fourth Street and resuming right onto East Carolina Avenue.
