Most people are familiar with Mr. Gardner’s story through actor Will Smith’s portrayal of him in the movie ”The Pursuit of Happiness.”  Hearing Christopher Gardener’s life story of overcoming the setback of homelessness to become a lucrative businessman will benefit all fortunate enough to hear and meet him. Christopher Gardener’s contribution to attending this event illustrates the commitment he has for encouraging people to achieve their goals.
