Volunteer Firefighter – HFD

Perform firefighting/rescue duties.

Min. Req: 18 yrs old, valid SC driver’s license, high school graduate or equivalent, reside within a 20 min. response time and remain on 24 hr emergency call status. Attend 2 three-hour evening training meetings a month, must attend 75% of the meetings and 50% of all full alarm responses per year. Prior fire service exp. and knowledge of city layout preferred.
