• The Edition, located at 221 North Fifth Street across the street from the Hartsville Museum, is a lovely contemporary venue perfect for parties, meetings, weddings, etc. for more information please see  The Edition Rental Contract 2023
• Lawton Pavilion, located at 716 Prestwood drive on the shores of Prestwood Lake, is a perfect backdrop for any event.  Lawton Pavilion is current closed due to maintenance.  Thank you.

General Information

For those looking to stage a special event at a City of Hartsville park, require a road closure, or who need City services for a special event, a special event permit application is needed.

If you are a vendor who would like to participate in a special event, please submit a Vendor Permit Application.
