Water repairs are being delayed so NO INTERRUPTION in service is expected. We will keep the public posted on developments.

City Administrative Offices to be closed in observance of Thanksgiving

City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 23rd – 24th, 2023 in observance of Thanksgiving. Regular hours of operation will resume on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 8:30 AM.

Additionally, residents in Zone 4 (Thursday) trash and yard debris will be collected on Wednesday November 22nd, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

City of Hartsville Permitting Office Move

Effective Immediately:

The Permitting Office for the City of Hartsville has moved to the Hartsville Fire Department located at 111 South 7th Street in Hartsville. Permit applications may be completed online or in the office. Please call 843.383.3000  with any questions.
