The Business Navigator is a department within the City of Hartsville where Planning, Zoning, Business Licensing, Permitting, Building and Codes compliance staff, and Floodplain Management are consolidated into one cohesive unit.   This consolidation means that processes have been streamlined to efficiently support our business community so that your business or construction projects can hit the ground running faster in the City of Hartsville.

Carolina Avenue and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
