Neptune Island Announces Seasonal Job Opportunities

The new year brings new opportunities for employment at Neptune Island Waterpark. Neptune Island is a 6-acre, family-friendly waterpark adventure located in Hartsville, South Carolina. Open seasonally from mid-May through Labor Day, the attraction has welcomed over 197,000 visitors in its first three seasons of operation. City of Hartsville City Hall (located at 100 East Carolina Avenue) and The Key (located at 106 East Carolina Avenue) will be closed to the public beginning November 24, 2020 until further notice as the facility is thoroughly sanitized due to a COVID-19 positive employee. Neptune Island Announces Season Pass Holiday Sale

As we settle into the colder months and summer seems far away, Neptune Island Waterpark is eagerly preparing for its next season. 2020 Thanksgiving DUI Enforcement Campaign

The Hartsville Police Department will be participating in the 2020 Thanksgiving Holiday Campaign administered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).  The campaign will run from November 25th – 29th and will focus on the aggressive enforcement of impaired drivers.  According to NHTSA, from 2013 to 2017, more than 800 people died in alcohol impaired driving crashes during the Thanksgiving holiday period, making it one of the deadliest holidays on our roadways.
