The City of Hartsville’s Screen on the Green free summertime movie series will continue on Sat., July 22 with a screening of “Finding Dory,” sponsored by North Industrial Machine. The showing will take place at dusk, 8:57 p.m. or later, in Burry Park, 131 Cargill Way.

“Finding Dory” is a Pixar Animated comedy that follows a forgetful fish named Dory as she searches the ocean for her long-lost parents. With her companions Nemo and Marlin by her side, Dory sets out on an epic adventure to find her family. Meeting new friends along the way, their journey leads Dory, Nemo, and Marlin to learn the importance of family and friendship. The film is rated PG for mild thematic elements.

Viewers are welcome to bring chairs and blankets to Burry Park, if desired. In the event of rain, the showing will move to the Coach T.B. Thomas Sports Center at Byerly Park, located at 701 W. Washington St. in Hartsville.

Following this event, Screen on the Green will conclude the 2017 season on Aug. 5 with a National Night Out special showing of “Sing,” sponsored by the Hartsville Police Department and the Hartsville Fire Department.
