Because of the influx of tourists to the region expected for the National Bikers Roundup at the Darlington Dragway from Aug. 5 to 9, and the commitments of local law enforcement and fire protection services toward making this a safe and welcoming event for tourists and residents alike, the City of Hartsville will postpone the last showing of the Screen on the Green free movie series one week to Aug. 15.
“Planes: Fire and Rescue,” sponsored by the Hartsville Police Department and Hartsville Fire Department, will be shown at the last Screen on the Green event in Burry Park, 131 Cargill Way, on Saturday, Aug. 15 at dusk, 8:30 p.m. or later.
