Congratulations to Dana and Frankie Cassidy, the recipients of the Recycler of the Month Award for the month of July.  The Cassidys reside on Wilson Drive.  Frankie and Dana enjoy doing their part to help keep materials out of the local landfill by recycling weekly.    As recipients of the award, Frankie and Dana also received a $25.00 gift certificate for use in the downtown Hartsville area.  Congratulations to the Cassidys on their efforts to make a difference in our community.
