City Administrative Offices to be Closed Monday, January 15, 2024 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Regular hours of operations will resume on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 8:30 AM.

Additionally, the Monday Sanitation Schedule will move to Tuesday, all other days remain as scheduled.

City Administrative Offices to be closed in observance of Christmas

City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed on Monday, December 25, 2023 – Wednesday, December 27, 2023, in observance of Christmas. Regular hours of operation will resume on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 8:30 AM.

The Key, located at 147 West Carolina, will be closed Monday, December 25, 2023 – Friday, December 29, 2023. It will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2023, at 10:00 AM.

The City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM on Thursday, December 14, 2023 to allow our employees to enjoy a Christmas Lunch together.

City of Hartsville Administrative Offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 23rd – 24th, 2023 in observance of Thanksgiving. Regular hours of operation will resume on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 8:30 AM.

Additionally, residents in Zone 4 (Thursday) trash and yard debris will be collected on Wednesday November 22nd, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
