Online Utility Payment Maintenance

The City of Hartsville’s online utility payment processing service (MyGovHub) will be undergoing maintenance Saturday, November 19, 2022 – Sunday, November 20, 2022. Online and phone payments may be intermittently unavailable during this time.  Payments may still be made at City Hall through the drop box (located at the East Carolina Council Chambers entrance) by check or money order. Please call 343.383.3015 with any questions.

Heart of the Holidays Downtown Open House and Centennial Tree Lighting

The City of Hartsville will host the Annual Heart of the Holidays Downtown Open House and Centennial Tree Lighting on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Downtown Hartsville will come alive with holiday festivities, late night shopping, Annual Centennial Tree lighting, pictures and visits with Santa, holiday movie on the big screen, along with much more.
