Hartsville, SC – At approximately 5:45 this evening investigators from the Hartsville Police Department were leaving the scene of serving a Search Warrant near 8th Street and Jasper, when an officer was involved in a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to Carolina Pines Hospital with minor injuries. South Carolina Highway Patrol were called in to work the accident scene. The scene is now clear.
