Neptune Island Waterpark is counting down the days until summer returns and their gates open for the season. The region’s destination for summer fun will open to the public for the 2021 season on Sunday, May 16th following an exclusive 2020 & 2021 Season Pass Holder Day on Saturday, May 15th.
Neptune Island is planning many exciting events for its upcoming season, including their Splashin’ Grades program in June, Mermaid Mondays in July, and entertainment throughout the summer. The best way to take advantage of all Neptune Island has to offer is with a 2021 Unlimited Visits Season Pass. 2021 Season Passes are available online now and include many great perks, including 3 single use Bring-a-Friend passes, discounts, Early Bird Entry to the park, and more. All 2020 Season Passes have been extended to be valid until June 30, 2021 in response to the park’s delayed opening last season. For 2020 season pass holder who wish to take advantage of the remainder of summer once their pass expires, there will be an opportunity to extend their season passes at a discounted rate in person only July 1-15, 2021.
As always, the safety of guests and Crew Members is the top priority for Neptune Island Waterpark. Continuing in the 2021 season, guests will see improvements to their visits at the park. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to join a Virtual Line to enter the park and remain in their vehicles until it is their turn to safely enter the park. This allows guests and Crew the ability to distance themselves and safely interact. Increased sanitation efforts will continue to ensure frequently touched surfaces are disinfected regularly. Crew Members will be required to wear appropriate face coverings with the exception of lifeguards on stand, and Neptune Island encourages its guests to wear appropriate face coverings when traveling throughout the park. Finally, to better serve guests, Neptune Island will be opening a new one-stop-shop concession stand for guests. The new ‘Kraken’s Kitchen’ will be serving up all your favorites, including fresh-grilled items, pizzas, salads, snacks, and more.
Neptune Island Waterpark will open for weekends only at the beginning of the season and will be open daily beginning June 12th. Neptune Island’s hours of operation for 2021 will be Monday through Saturday 10 am until 7 pm and Sunday 12 pm until 6 pm.
