The City of Hartsville will have contractors conducting a drainage study throughout the city beginning Monday, April 20, 2020. The contractor for this study is Nesbitt Surveying Co., Inc. They will be working in and around the ditches and other storm water locations. Nesbitt Surveying will notify the property owners if they are in the area and need access for surveying purposes. The surveyors will be wearing orange survey vests and will have surveying equipment with them. They will be driving trucks that have Nesbitt Surveying Co. clearly marked on the outside of the vehicle. These contractors will not ask to come into homes nor will they request personal information.
